We give you the fullest possible descriptions of our properties with recent photos and then arrange viewings to suit you. Once you have chosen your new home we take you step by step through our letting procedure from contracts to deposits etc. (including registering your deposit with My Deposits, one of the three government approved schemes for this). We provide a free, full inventory service to check the property at the beginning and end of your tenancy to agree return of your deposit (bond). You receive a Tenants Guide and Welcome Pack and we can help you with all aspects of moving into your new home, from setting up bills and services to obtaining parking permits.
We maintain our properties in excellent condition and provide a full and reliable maintenance service.
We ensure we are up to date with all legal requirements for letting properties including the new Rent Smart Wales scheme. By law, all landlords in Wales must register with Rent Smart Wales, and if they manage their own properties they must also have a licence from Rent Smart Wales. The registration and licensing scheme has been introduced by the Welsh Government to help ensure good standards of management for private rented properties. You should ask landlords if they are licenced when viewing a property. You will soon be able to verify if the landlord is licensed, or the property you wish to rent is listed and the landlord is registered, via an on-line check on the Rent Smart Wales website.
